Perceiver, Destroyer

The universe moves always in an entropic fashion; the light of all the stars will be replaced in time with the darkness which preceded it. Sentients die and decay, synthetics erode or rust away. Every object loses form as the finite amount of organized energy which held it together is spent and returns to its original, chaotic state. Everything inevitably ceases to exist. It is the mission of myself and other creatures of the Nether to assert our entropic cause and more swiftly bring an end to this absurd, albeit alluring, existence, to shroud it in the oldest and wisest of substances, from which we were all spawned. Soon enough, the ever-persisting Darkness will return. Cherish this beautiful plane before it disappears forever behind a black curtain.
